CWO 2 Aaron A. Weaver, 32, US Army

Killed in action on January 8, 2004 when his helicopter was brought down by enemy fire near Fallujah, Iraq. 

Sergeant Dennis J. Boles, 46, US Army 

Died on October 24, 2004 after collapsing while on a 10-mile road march in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.

Corporal Stanley J. Lapinski, 35, US Army

Killed in action on June 11, 2005 by an improvised-explosive device in Baghdad, Iraq.

Sergeant Christopher J. Taylor, 22, US Army

Killed in action on July 24, 2005 by enemy mortar fire in Balad, Iraq.

Sergeant Dennis J. Flanagan, 22, US Army

Killed in action on January 20, 2006 by an improvised-explosive device in Al Huwijah, Iraq.
 

Sergeant Robert A. Surber, 24, US Army

Killed in action on June 3, 2007 by an improvised-explosive device in Thania, Iraq.

Sergeant Jonathan K. Peney, 22, US Army

Died of wounds sustained on June 1, 2010 when shot by enemy forces in Zhari district, Afghanistan.

Corporal Johnathan Taylor, 23, US Marine Corps 

Killed in action on February 22, 2011 by an improvised-explosive device in Helmand Province, Afghanistan.

 Private First Class Michael C. Mahr, 26, US Army

Killed in action on March 22, 2011 when enemy forces attacked his unit in Logar Province, Afghanistan.

Sergeant First Class Charles L. Adkins, 36, US Army

Died of wounds suffered on April 16, 2011 at Forward Operating Base Gamberi in eastern Afghanistan when a Taliban sleeper agent detonated a vest filled with multiple grenades during a routine meeting of United States and Afghan soldiers and interpreters.

Chief Warrant Officer 2 Randy L. Billings, 34, US Army

Died of injuries sustained on December 17, 2013 in a helicopter crash in Now Bahar, Afghanistan.
